Graham is a lawyer who practiced law for 40 years in several jurisdictions in Canada: Alberta, British Columbia , Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Manitoba.
From 1986 to 1995 Graham sat as a Deputy Judge of the Territorial Court of the Northwest Territories. He presided, as requested, at trials on circuit throughout the Northwest Territories.
The ADR Institute of Canada designated Graham a Chartered Arbitrator in 1990 and a Chartered Mediator in 2002.
Graham’s legal practice focused on professional negligence, professional discipline, estate and corporate and commercial disputes. He also acted as a mediator and an arbitrator.
As counsel or mediator or arbitrator Graham has experience and an interest in franchise, agriculture, commercial lease rates, partnership, joint venture, wrongful dismissal, banking, construction, sport, oil and gas, municipal assessment, intellectual property, information and privacy, income tax and shareholder issues and disputes.
As well, Graham is a terrible flute player.
